What we answer every week.
Timing, visas, heat, payments — straight answers without brochure fog.
Do you sell fixed packages?
We build outlines and arrange services around your dates. Some boat cabins look like packages, but we start from your pace — not a brochure SKU.
When is the best time to visit?
October to April is kinder for temples and desert. Summer works if you accept early starts and lean on the Red Sea or Nile shade. We never pretend August is pleasant on the Giza plateau at noon.
How far ahead should we write?
Six to ten weeks is comfortable for Nile boats in peak months. Last-minute coastal stays are easier; Upper Egypt needs more lead time when festivals collide.
Are guides licensed?
We work with licensed Egyptologists and certified dive operators. We tell you when a site requires an official guide versus when context notes are enough.
Can you help with visas?
We share current entry guidance and official links. You remain responsible for documents. Rules change — verify with your embassy.
What languages do you support?
English is default on online-kassa.lol. Arabic and others available depending on guide assignment.
How do payments work?
Deposits and balances are confirmed in writing. Never transfer to personal accounts not named on our invoices.
What if a Nile lock runs late?
It happens. We build buffer before flights and avoid stacking same-day international departures after a cruise disembarkation whenever possible.
