These terms govern travel planning and booking services via online-kassa.lol and direct communication. Website browsing rules are in our Terms of Use.
Our role
We arrange or recommend services supplied by third parties. Unless an invoice says otherwise, suppliers deliver those services.
Quotes, payments, changes
Prices are indicative until written confirmation. Pay only accounts named on Official Online Kassa documents. Supplier cancellation rules apply; request changes in writing to [email protected].
Documents & conduct
You are responsible for passports, visas, and insurance. Follow guide instructions; we may terminate arrangements for dangerous or unlawful conduct.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for supplier failures, weather, or events beyond our control. Aggregate liability for our planning fees is limited as described in full booking confirmations, except where liability cannot be limited.
